ST. PETERSBURG ARTS PROJECT
St. Petersburg Art Project is New York based non-for-profit foundation, originally established in 1999 to promote cultural exchange between American and Russian art communities. For the past 9 years the foundation successfully launched festivals and exhibitions in many cities such as Baltimore, New York, Washington, St. Petersburg and Berlin to engage artists and the audiences from two countries into cultural exchange. In 2005 the foundation expanded its mission to multi-cultural artistic community building. The foundation continues to rely upon traditional means of communication such as publication of articles in international journals, lectures and the organization of exhibitions. Additionally, it uses and develops new media technologies to reach artists and general public in different corners of the World.

КИБЕРФЕСТ / CYBERFEST is the first international festival of cyber art in Russia. CYBERFEST was established in 2007; it is organized on the basis of CYLAND Media Art Lab, a cooperation project of Russian National Center for Contemporary Art (Saint Petersburg, Russia) and the non-commercial organization Saint Petersburg Arts Project (New York, USA).

«St. Petersburg Art Project» является некоммерческим фондом, базирующимся в Нью-Йорке, который первоначально был основан в 1999 году для содействия культурному обмену между американским и российским художественными сообществами. За последние 9 лет фонд организовал успешные фестивали и выставки во многих городах, таких как Балтимор, Нью-Йорк, Вашингтон, Санкт-Петербург и Берлин, с целью вовлечения художников и зрителей из обеих стран в процесс культурного обмена. В 2005 году фонд включил в свою миссию создание многонационального художественного сообщества. Фонд по-прежнему полагается на традиционные средства общения, такие как публикация статей в международных журналах, лекции и организация выставок. Кроме того, он использует и разрабатывает новые медиа-технологии, чтобы привлечь к ним внимание художников и широкой публики в различных уголках мира.
